1175 Island Hotel & Shops

Passage

Manço Architects as Architects

The ground floor of the building, which is designed as a 4 stars business hotel, is planned as a passage connecting Yeni Yol Street and Pir Husamettin Street spanning alongside two sides of the plot. It is foreseen that the pedestrian traffic between those two streets will increase in parallel with the regeneration of commercial plots on Pir Husamettin Street. Retail and restaurant/cafe spaces open to the public will be located on the street created on the project plot so that the office buildings on Yeni Yol Street and Bilgi University campus with a gate on Pir Husamettin Street are linked via a lively open space.

The wellness center of the hotel consisting of a pool, spa, fitness center and hamam is planned on the basement floor.

There will be a dividable multi-purpose hall above the entrance floor that will serve both to hotel customers as well as other individuals and institutions. The garden roof above the multi-purpose hall will be used as the recreational space of the hotel.

A restaurant with a Golden Horn view is planned on the roof floor of the hotel.
