The project balances contemporary healthcare requirements with pragmatic architectural solutions. The main compositional feature is the entrance, highlighted by a stainless steel canopy and a water-filled column, complemented by a fountain that creates a distinctive arrival experience.
A full-height glazed facade and large entrance doors serve as the building's focal point, bringing abundant natural light into the interior while maintaining privacy from the neighbouring residential balconies. This creates a bright, comfortable atmosphere free from unnecessary visual distractions.
To further enhance the sense of openness, a skylight illuminates the double-height entrance hall connecting the two main floors. Additional translucent glass block walls diffuse daylight throughout the interior, reinforcing the building's light and airy character.
The treatment rooms feature windows positioned above standard eye level, allowing patients to look toward the sky during procedures, creating a calmer and more relaxing environment.
The three-storey building efficiently accommodates all required functions.
- Basement: X-ray room, staff kitchen, changing rooms, boiler room, and technical spaces.
- Ground floor: Three spacious treatment rooms with natural daylight, a guest restroom, and a sterilisation room.
- First floor: Children's area, waiting lounge, a separate restroom, and the director's office.

The interior is defined by durable, high-performance materials selected to meet the functional and hygienic requirements of a modern healthcare environment. A restrained palette and carefully considered details create a calm, professional atmosphere that enhances both patient comfort and staff efficiency.
Medical-grade vinyl flooring provides exceptional durability and ease of maintenance, while wall and façade finishes are clad in natural materials chosen for their longevity and ability to withstand regular cleaning and disinfection in accordance with healthcare standards. Throughout the clinic, bespoke furniture crafted from metal, wood, and engineered stone combines durability, functionality, and timeless aesthetics.
