2343 is a restaurant that has been serving healthy and beautiful food using local ingredients. 2343 DEPARTMENT is the brand’s third branch.

The interior is designed to reflect the idea of 2343 dishes.

First of all, the interior decoration is colorless and simple so that the beautiful food can stand out. The purpose of the design is to make the interior a backdrop for dining experience. The soft colors make it a place for guests to spend a relaxed and comfortable time.

Since 2343 uses carefully selected local ingredients, the interior materials are also carefully selected natural building materials.

For example, the mortar on the walls and counters is unevenly applied to create strong shadows to show the plasterer's craftsmanship, paint containing brass powder is used for the display tables, table tops are finished to emphasize solid wood, and recycled leather is used for the chairs, which are made of scrap materials from the leather processing industry. To reflect this in the artwork displayed in the store, the design team applied a material that accelerates oxidation to a paint containing copper powder to create a natural verdigris that emerges in the patterns of the crepes and galettes that are the specialty of the restaurant.

It is a design that expresses the idea of 2343 even in the interior and it is a using genuine materials with particular attention to detail. In addition, by not using fake building materials that use a lot of chemical substances, the interiors are environmentally sustainable from manufacturing to disposal. It is a restaurant where guests can feel the modest pleasure of a meal surrounded by loved ones in a relaxed space.
