Designed in collaboration with MA Architects, this project is a new 40,000 SF high end condominium and commercial building located on the Bowery, New York’s newest hotspot for art, fashion, restaurants and design. The design of the building reflects the industrial character of the Bowery while projecting the area into the future of the design. The building will follow other high profile designs on the Bowery from Pritzker-Prize winning Architects Norman Foster (Sperone Westwater Gallery) and Sanaa (New Museum). The building will contain 2 floors of high end art gallery space and 6 floors of high end condominiums ranging from Studios to 3 Bedroom Duplex Penthouses.
