Designed in collaboration with MA Architects, 11 N Moore is a new luxury condominium building occupying a full block-through lot in North Tribeca and comprised of 16 residential units, 1 three-story townhouse unit, and a single full-floor penthouse with 20' ceilings. Each unit is equipped with modern European appliances and finishes, and a minimum of 11' ceilings. This new project draws back on the large loft style apartments of Tribeca that are all 2,000-square feet and above, with large living spaces.
