CORE is partnering with EastBanc on the delivery of this 34,000 SF luxury, mixed-use development at the gateway to Georgetown.
The elegant six-story building will introduce seven meticulously crafted apartment residences with minimal, European-inspired finishes. The project also features a dynamic, light-filled ground level retail space, complete with infrastructure for a commercial kitchen. As Executive Architect, CORE is advancing the design by Portuguese architect and Pritzker Prize winner Eduardo Souto de Moura, ensuring compliance with current code and zoning requirements, refining the retail level, and detailing both the interiors and façade through construction.
Targeting LEED Gold certification, the development will also transform the adjacent National Park Service’s Reservation 691 into a reimagined public space, further enhancing the neighborhood’s urban fabric.
