3131 CBR is conceived to compress time by braiding together products of industry and the hand of the artisan.

Concurrently, foundations were constructed on site while robotically built framing components (floors, walls, and roofs), CNC machined elements (windows, doors, and stonework), quick connect electrical components (wiring, light fixtures, and control systems), façade systems (handmade clay tiles and bronze panels), and bespoke woodwork (cabinetry and flooring) were fabricated in controlled building environments. 

Assembled with extraordinary precision and craft, the curated project attempts to create a spatial experience where the whole is greater than the sum of the parts.
