“The vision for this project evolved gradually. Our aim was to create a front ‘space building’ that would be distinctly appealing as we call a “Mood Street “ this new revolutionary project came as a new development as Mix use after Sept 11 era in NYC design in 2002. As new thinking of developing 25’ lot small building with the quality of large / tall developments as to serve well the street urban and the market value . “Mood street” it is an opportunity to share the Living Room as a street gallery with a surround light effect at night with an entry as become a “stage light” resolving security and accommodate the street as the street seasons moods.

The minimal approach luxury technology and beauty become entwined in the apartments with focus on high standard of details from the entry “gate” main Door follow with seamless Corian elevator walls leading to apartments heights as 10’-6” ceiling , The core positions & location of the stairs and elevator came as a results to achieve the balance as maximize the front Living Room and at the back the 2 large Bed rooms in each floor . The elevator (see section) from the basement to roof for tannest as been using for the seasons storage and enjoy the roof deck as public space. The front custom full glass front each floor become as “window in side a window” and as a balcony façade as the center windows are full tilted open in side up. The end design of each apartment aimed for 80% interiors to be complete as personalize the design with the future new tenants with there view and selecting our team . We have been lucky to have on the 2nd floor the ‘Project in a project “ Cristiano Cora salon as we been selected and commission in the 3W13 project
