The project was a 55year old building when it started, it was 3 storey building before, as the owners insisted to keep the base form of building as it was, we redesigned the structure so it can handle new functions and spaces without changing the form.

The project has 2 main sections in 3 floors: 1st floor is car showroom and upper floors are office rooms. In the car showroom section that included high-spec cars we wanted to bring the sense of speed and excitement, by straight lights cross the space that brings feelings of being at high-speed in nights and orange color that represent sense of joy and excite while its guide color to upper floors, it begins from façade and goes through 1st floor and expand in the end of it at the stair section.

The office floors are designed to be more dynamic, we designed a void through spaces in rooms and aisle that provides a view of whole floor that avoid closed room while there is specific space for each section.

The structure has fully redesigned and reinforced, it had metal structure before that we combined and reinforced by concrete structures and shear walls. 
3 columns were in the middle of the space that got reorganized and they were replaced with 3 concrete structure and were moved to sides to make the space wider for car showroom.
