The Adam Clayton Powell, Jr. State Office Building is a steel framed twenty story office building constructed in 1970. The building's facades are a combination of limestone and granite stone cladding with an extensive aluminum and glass curtain wall system. In response to chronic leaks reported by the building management the scope of the project was a full scale façade rehabilitation consisting of stone repairs, joint sealant replacement, & cleaning with inclusion of an updated energy efficient curtain wall system.
