Adora Business Center 3 is a corporate beacon for an international pharmaceutical giant in Sofia's bustling business district. Situated near Business Park Sofia and Garitage Park, its strategic location at a major road junction ensures accessibility and visibility.  

In contrast to surrounding structures, Adora 3 boasts dynamic forms, with each floor uniquely shaped and oriented to follow the direction of traffic arteries. Technical challenges were overcome to realise its bold design, including large cantilever spans and bent glazing. The concrete structure integrates built-in units for support, while aluminium systems enhance its fluid aesthetic and energy efficiency.

Pursuing LEED Gold certification, Adora 3 embodies innovation, functionality, and sustainability, representing a pinnacle of modern corporate architecture in Sofia's landscape.
