This project is a great example of renovating an industrial area into a modern center. Kivsh is a creative space, which has been formed on the place of the shops of the Lviv plant. It was here made a forklift truck with a removable ladle for the first time, hence the name of the project.The complex has combined five vectors: work and partnership locations, sports, beauty and health locations, taste location, educational vector and art places. The Quoroom  FLY  building is a new multifunctional project in Lviv’s Zaliznychnyi district, combining retail space, apartments and office space. The project features advanced construction technologies that ensure its reliability and energy efficiency. The new workspace is located within AstraZeneca’s existing offices at St Pancras Square, London, with the scope also including a business meeting suite for AstraZeneca, directly linking to Alexion’s office space on the 6th floor. In Ulpiana, a historic district of Kosovo, the headquarters building of IPKO Telecommunications exudes confidence through simplicity.
