Adora Business Center 3 is a corporate beacon for an international pharmaceutical giant in Sofia's bustling business district. Situated near Business Park Sofia and Garitage Park, its strategic location at a major road junction ensures accessibility and visibility.   Assen Emilov In contrast to surrounding structures, Adora 3 boasts dynamic forms, with each floor uniquely shaped and oriented to follow the direction of traffic arteries. This project is a great example of renovating an industrial area into a modern center. Kivsh is a creative space, which has been formed on the place of the shops of the Lviv plant. It was here made a forklift truck with a removable ladle for the first time, hence the name of the project.The complex has combined five vectors: work and partnership locations, sports, beauty and health locations, taste location, educational vector and art places. In Ulpiana, a historic district of Kosovo, the headquarters building of IPKO Telecommunications exudes confidence through simplicity. The design is a work of Murseli Architects + Partners, who were highly focused on functionality.   Caption The building is divided into two parallel zones of different widths.
