The first Wellness Building in Brazil combines the concept of biopsychosocial well-being in a hedonistic and sustainable architecture. The project values natural materials such as the use of exposed concrete, one of the most important raw materials in Brazilian architecture.
The pillars were moved to the periphery of the façade creating an exoskeleton around all the apartments.
Ventilation and natural light provide a sense of well-being, as well as the use of vegetation that scales the building, thus creating microclimates with higher relative humidity, lowering the temperature and, consequently, improving thermal comfort. The building has FitWell and Green Building Council certificates.
