This new-generation real estate complex combines two complementary architectural styles that create a dialogue between contemporary and traditional time periods. On the one hand, reiterating the aesthetic codes of the architecture of the north of the Ivory Coast, the ground floor of the main building displays facades in adobe wall with earth-ochre colorimetry in the image of the indigenous architecture. On the other hand the second volume on the first floor, offers frames of all heights protected by a double skin with a more contemporary style.
