Aila Lifestyle, a boutique dedicated to homeware and lifestyle objects, presents an immersive retail experience crafted by Saccal Design House. Spanning approximately 100 square meters with an impressive 8-meter ceiling height, the space called for a design that maximized both function and aesthetics.
At the core of the design concept is an emphasis on lightness and brightness—a client-driven vision that materializes through a palette of soft hues and a dynamic layout that seamlessly integrates a mezzanine level for offices and storage while maintaining a fluid retail display below.
The designers unified the vertical space with a striking yet cohesive intervention: white aluminum tubes elegantly wrapped around the walls, creating a sculptural presence that extends into a custom-designed lighting fixture suspended from the ceiling. This feature not only accentuates the store’s soaring height but also serves as a captivating focal point that draws the eye upward.
Understanding the client's need for flexibility, Saccal Design House introduced an adaptive shelving system—copper-colored metal structures with soft curves, designed to complement the store’s overall aesthetic while allowing for dynamic reconfigurations. Whether for daily merchandising adjustments or special event displays, this modular system offers versatility without compromising the boutique’s refined elegance.
The spatial planning balances functionality with an uninterrupted retail flow. A discreetly positioned staircase along the side ensures seamless circulation, leading to the mezzanine without disrupting the visual experience upon entry. Hidden storage solutions further optimize the space, ensuring a clutter-free environment that enhances the boutique’s curated ambiance.
Grey ceramic flooring, reminiscent of concrete, provides a subtle industrial contrast, while a green marble cashier counter introduces a bold yet sophisticated touch. Together, these elements contribute to a retail space that feels contemporary, inviting, and effortlessly adaptable—a true reflection of Aila Lifestyle’s ethos.
