The new Allure development in Caen complements the local housing stock.

Situated in a privileged location in Caen, opposite the racecourse, the Allure building is a point of convergence between the architectural periods that have punctuated the city’s history (Classical or neo-classical / Reconstruction / Contemporary architecture).

This island, very present in its environment, offers multiple facets, none of which can be neglected, which imposes the choice of a noble and unique material throughout the project.

SADEV’s role:

SADEV had to adapt to the architect’s requirements and proposed 2 solutions:

• 361 linear meters of 7013 guardrails with offset lateral installation
• 95 linear meters of 7030 curved guardrail.

Thanks to an ongoing relationship with our customer from design to installation, the challenge was met with flying colors.
