Precision Installation System
Height Adjustment for Maximum Accuracy
To optimize installation precision, a height adjustment screw was integrated into one hook on each glass panel, allowing adjustments of up to 3 mm.
This solution ensured accurate alignment throughout the installation process and improved overall façade consistency.
Installation Process
Step 1: Corner Installation
The corner section was installed first to guarantee the overall alignment of the façade.
Step 2: Large Surface Installation
The main glazed surface was then installed, ensuring continuity and visual consistency across the façade.
Step 3: Smaller Surface Installation
The installation concluded with the smaller façade section.
Finishing Details
Slab edge cladding Around the Façade Perimeter
Perimeter coping covers were installed around each façade to provide a clean and refined finish to the cladding edges.
Their main advantage is the ability to allow precise adjustments in case of misalignment, which is essential on large façade lengths.
Fast and Efficient Installation
The installation of the glass panels without coping covers was completed in only 6 to 7 days.
