Apartamento Casa Leopoldo, designed by ADI Arquitetura is part of the prestigious Casa Leopoldo residential development in Itaim Bibi, São Paulo, Brazil — a refined and contemporary architectural work designed by PSA Arquitetura.
The project embodies sophistication and spatial generosity, set within a single-tower high-end residential building that celebrates natural light, material richness and precise spatial planning.
Architecturally, the building expresses a refined dialogue between horizontal and vertical elements, with façades that elegantly interplay structural slabs and floor-to-ceiling glazed balconies — creating a sense of lightness and seamless connection to the urban surroundings. In Apartamento Casa Leopoldo, the curves define flows, enhance the perception of comfort, and guide circulation.
The abundant natural light complements the architecture and reinforces the reading of the volumes, ensuring unity and balance to the space. This project is about fluidity, light, materiality, and soul. From the communal spaces to moments of reflection, everything in this apartment has been designed to be experienced with delicacy, beauty, and thoughtfulness.
In this project, the boundaries between spaces simply disappear. In the hallway, natural wood gently leads the way, while illuminated acrylic shelves create the first impression for those arriving at the apartment. In the living room, light defines volumes and accentuates textures, creating an atmosphere of tranquil elegance.
A stunning Infinito sofa by Natuzzi defines the perfect area to host guests and offers a great perspective of the overall communal space, created by a TV area on the left and the dining area on the right, with a glamourous yet practical gourmet area to connect the living and dining spaces. A continuous social space where everything flows naturally.
Every detail has been carefully considered to enhance the living experience, with a strategic bond between the designers’ aesthetics and the residents’ intentions. The TV room is vibrant, fluid, and full of personality. The functional and welcoming green sofa becomes the protagonist of a composition that values comfort without sacrificing design. The choice of a neutral palette, light wood, and green details reinforces the harmony between the spaces and brings energy and personality to the space.
The green touch is replicated in the structure underneath the oval table top of the gourmet area, which offers additional space to wine lovers, thanks to an integrated wine refrigerator. A walk-in winery, integrated into the social area, presents itself with discretion and grandeur.
The wooden panel subtly conceals a structure designed to welcome guests with lightness. The natural marble in the background reinforces the noble materiality of the space, while the custom-designed joinery makes the wine cellar a true piece of integrated architecture.
An atmosphere designed for living well, collecting moments and fine wines.
Connected to the dining room, living room, and gourmet area, the winery reinforces the project's purpose: to create continuous experiences between conviviality, aesthetics, and function.
The space is enriched by art pieces. In the TV area, the colorful artwork by Eduardo Lanna stands out against the natural wood and expresses the aesthetic plurality that guides this project. On the dining table, the Onda pendant light, designed for this space, highlights the organic design that guides the eye and invites lingering. On the opposite wall, the artwork "Contato" by Bruno Borne, with its striking spheres, adds a contemporary touch to the home.
Apartamento Casa Leopoldo is the perfect place for encounters, new stories, and where living blends with truly experiencing life.
An environment designed for living, relaxing, and being, with soul and authenticity.
