The Ébano Apartment (located in the city of Belo Horizonte, capital of Minas Gerais - Brazil) was designed for an art-loving couple and their family. The space underwent a significant architectural transformation, from the reconfiguration of the layout to the selection of furniture, decorations, and art objects.

The project's guiding line can be noticed right at the entrance hall: the walls, covered in mirrors and aluminum sheets, suggest a modern and fluid atmosphere, while the ceiling, door, and walls of the living room, clad in Massacar Ebony wood, contrast with the lightness of other coverings and bring sophistication to the environment. To organize the living room spaces, arches between the rooms were used, creating passageways.

The lighting of the apartment was designed to highlight the owners' paintings and sculptures, as seen in the illuminated niches along the living room to house some of the couple's artwork.

The furniture, of Italian design, was meticulously chosen by the office (tables, sofas, chairs), respecting a modern yet sober line. This choice was complemented with antique pieces from the residents.
