The compact 37m² apartment was developed for a young man who came to live in São Paulo, Brazil, to attend college.
The client asked for a practical, timeless apartment with well-defined uses. Then, we removed the balcony to make the space more spacious and organized.
Almost all the furniture was designed by the architects, since they needed compact options. The neutral color palette resulted in a minimalist and welcoming atmosphere.
