Porteño Roots
Comfort and Nostalgia around a Parrilla. This project entails the renovation of an apartment in São Paulo, tailored for a family hailing from the Southern region of Brazil, who spent a significant portion of their lives in Buenos Aires.
Our primary challenge lay in expanding the social spaces while aiming for maximum integration.
The presence of a typical Argentine Parrilla served as the catalyst for creating a social area geared towards gastronomy and fostering family and friends' gathering.
The strong presence of Tauari, a Brazilian wood, in panels and linings, brings the desired comfort to the environment, referencing the traditional "Roble", widely used in projects in the Argentine capital.
