An area of more than 700 square meters gives shelter to this space condensed with strength, in which´s interior emerge subtle divisions that will delineate the program.

The path, as leading protagonist, furrowed the trace by hearing the subtle hissing pound of the grand architectural volume. Its pulsating heartbeats claimed the central space as the undisputable dwelling of its grandiose heart. In a centralized, prioritized way; the grand terrace is established. Space which´s visual limits are merely suggested by the sky and the stars.

The welcome will be managed by the Grand Gallery. Its internal tissue evokes in all planes the potency of this contained architectural body. The walls, evidencing its petrous nature, unfold, to display the sedimentary memory that conforms the graphism of its veins.

The lattice; as a wrapping element of the central heart; evokes, by the orthogonal intersection of light lines, the cardiovascular fluid that ploughs and defines without losing transparency. Trajectory that continues within the soft stripes of the honed quartzite on the floor and the lavish wood floating mantle of the ceiling, which´s density and lightness protect this bountiful contained space.

In response to the antagonistic program; on the left side; the dark wooden walls with luminous indents give shelter to the rooms, configuring a contained and private space. The right side; as counterpart; is joined by the volatility of a huge sand cloud ceiling that floats in the orthogonality of the space to enhance its organicity.

The appearance of certain vertical elements subtly delineates the program without constricting it. The formal and reflective qualities of the materials are being replied on all surfaces amalgamating the social program: living room, dining room, family room and kitchen in a continuum of reflections, luminescence, juxtaposed and intertwined trajectories that form a system of vital lines in continuous transformation.
