- A penthouse duplex made for a young couple, the client wanted all the private parts below and on the roof, the social area with the spaces connected and without any separation.

What were the owner's requests and expectations for the project and how were they met?
- The project was designed to meet the personal and professional needs of clients, a space was created for work and studies and also to receive friends and have a complete leisure space.

Is it construction, renovation or interior design renovation? If it was a renovation, what was the internal distribution of the property like afterwards?
- This is a renovation that was very well thought out to create a good circulation area and provide more comfort to residents, thus making the apartment more spacious.

Was it necessary to change electrical, hydraulic material, etc.? 
As it was an apartment purchased off-plan, all coverings and finishes were chosen in advance and made during the construction of the building.

What is the inspiration and conception of the project?
The entire design of the project came from the way in which residents would relate to the spaces, the aesthetics were worked on together with the residents choosing everything little by little and with an understanding of where each material would fit and that was capable of leaving the environment clean and of easy maintenance.

Is there a starting point that you consider to be the key to the project?
The staircase, the first element to be modified and which stitched together the two floors and choices of materials and colors, throughout the process we went with the concept we created for the staircase, light things, clear materials, pure lines.

Are there any previous features of the property that were maintained because they were special or at the request of the owners?
- The staircase was redesigned, the old railing was eliminated, a minimalist handrail was used instead and the steps were all covered in wood, bringing more elegance to the environment.
