The architect Lucas Lage, sought to compose his apartment with neutral tones using colors as black, white and gray, pieces of furniture and works of art, thus bringing more personality to his home.
It is a renovation of the entire area in an old property, to meet all the desires of the new resident, after the internal distribution, the place gained freely integrated areas, including more modernity and comfort.
Based on the construction of ideas by architect Lucas Lage, the effect of neutral and uniform colors, each piece of furniture interacting with the rest of the decoration, the indirect lighting and even the desire for the UP armchair, contributed to the design of the project.
On the floor of the house, the architect opted for techno-cement, a simple and easy-to-maintain material, leaving only the rooms with the original floor.
The master suite bathroom has a wardrobe and mirror designed by Lucas Lage and a black slate sink.
In the bedroom, the architect designs the bedside table and next to it proposes a cup lamp, by Wentz Design. The rug brought from Turkey and the work nailed to the wall by Bruno Rios bring a contrast of modernity.
On the balcony integrated into the bedroom, the floor is in Terratile ceramics, and the UP armchair, by Gaetano Pesce, stands out in the room.
The rack in the social area was designed by Lucas Lage, and the project was carried out by Marcenaria Leopoldina. The floor, walls and ceiling of most of the apartment are coated with NS Brazil techno-cement. The Baleia Oval P table, by the Playground Company, is located on the right side, and the Mole armchair, by Sérgio Rodrigues, takes center stage in the environment.
