A renovation was made to readjust walls and openings in the 255m² penthouse. The interior design project was developed with straight lines, prioritizing neutral and natural elements and colors. On the lower floor are the intimate area, with the master suite and the bedrooms of the children with unique proposals and personalities, and part of the common area, with kitchen, toilet and living room. The use of slats on the living staircase that leads to the upper floor, sinkers on the slab, unifies the two floors in the same language and is a solution aesthetic and safe. On the upper floor, the program is divided between the veranda, social living, dining area, support kitchen and laundry.
