We completely demolished an existing department to design one with a minimum of divisions, basically with a program of a very open social space, two rooms with dressing room and bathroom, kitchen, laundry and services.
What we wanted to design here was a built-in space far away from formality, which actually felt like a great family studio where all activities take place.
The spaces are contained by volumes of stone and wood, very open to the views of the City.
The materials we use for floors were Virginia Mist Granite, walls with Ocean Black Travertine, we use a Lincoln Calacatta for bathrooms and all wood is Austrian Oak. The main ceiling of the room is Root of Olmo.
The furniture is "Floor 18", in brands such as Flexform, Henge, Maxalto, B&B. The lighting is from FLOS and the automation system is CONTROL 4. The kitchen is from Modulnova.
