In this renovation of an old apartment in Curitiba, the challenge was to renovate a
property that was over 40 years old in the heart of Praça da Ukraine. The property
measures 91m2 and had its plant configuration updated to allow greater integration
between the environments, especially between the living room, kitchen and service
area. Complete changes were also made to the floors, coverings and decoration,
improving the feeling of spaciousness, lighting and ventilation of the apartment.
In the living room, the biophilic design and joinery promote the feeling of having
nature at home. In the details, it is possible to notice the different textures present in the room: the cream brick wall, the gray linen sofa and the straw covering the dining table chairs come together in a cozy and harmonious set.

What was previously an old and unused service bathroom, changed direction and became a beautiful bathroom. Between the living room and the kitchen, a solution to keep the two environments unified or not through a compact wooden door. In the entrance hall, the slatted panel serves both as a division between the living room and the house's entrance door, and as a support for the television. The LED lighting that follows the design of the panel's wooden box and the mirror reflecting the square at the entrance spoil the vibe of the apartment: a harmony between the
natural and the industrial, the vintage and the modern.

The kitchen, which, at the client's request, would be all white, gained black handles
and an elegant china cabinet with a blue design background and original shapes by
Tulli and edge-to-edge lighting, bringing contrast to the whole. In the center, the kitchen island was attached to the building's structural pillar, finished in gray quartz marble and brown leather chairs. The shelves in the sink's service area, with direct LED lights, offer functionality and comfort for carrying out everyday tasks.

In the home office, the deep green and LED lighting attached to the shelves provide
the perfect setting for meetings, good moments of study and, of course, for the
comfort of visits. The guest bathroom, in burnt cement and gray cladding, is
minimalist, exactly in the same vibe as the second bedroom, in sandy tones. In the Master Suite, it is possible to see at the entrance a television panel attached to
the invisible wooden wardrobe and a lot of vivacity transmitted in the blue of the
headboard wall.

The suite's bathroom, also with coverings in shades of blue, is designed for healthy
aging, featuring a concrete bench that serves as support and facilitates hygiene for
elderly people, in addition to direct LED lighting, which facilitates visualization of the environment.
