Sometimes, all we need is to step away from the routine, relax, and enjoy special moments with those who are part of our daily lives – or even in our own company. With this in mind, the Paradise View Apartment is the perfect escape. Featuring stunning biophilic interior design, its connection to nature makes this project truly breathtaking.

The interior design of this apartment, located in Canasvieiras Beach, Florianópolis, SC, was carefully crafted to welcome Airbnb guests. With 62.52m² and an older layout, the spaces were completely transformed, offering greater integration between areas and a minimalist design.

The former balcony was integrated into the living room, making the view the highlight of this interior design project. With a fully open layout, we optimized the living and gourmet areas, enhancing the natural light that also stands out in the architecture. Once again, nature plays a key role in this space: the vertical garden serves as an important focal point in the gourmet area.

The colors for this project were carefully chosen. Aiming for a direct connection with the nature surrounding this apartment, green was selected to evoke the forest and symbolize hope, freedom, health, and vitality – everything we seek for moments of peace and relaxation. Earth tones and blue were also incorporated, the latter representing the star of this interior design: the sea.

In addition to the main elements of this interior design already mentioned, an important premise was functionality and a low renovation budget. As a result, some areas of this apartment feature concrete countertops coated with microcement, along with walls and floors, creating a cozy environment that draws attention and invites a return.

In the suite, green makes another appearance in the closet, with concrete countertops designed to support clothes and suitcases. The full-body sand-toned headboard brings a touch of what we see outside the window – the true protagonist of this interior design project.

Another important aspect considered in this project is the accommodations. Unlike the suite, this bedroom includes drawers for better organization of personal belongings and a trundle bed, allowing more guests to enjoy and relax in paradise.

Using shades of blue, which evoke the sky and symbolize tranquility, serenity, and harmony, this bedroom perfectly connects with the biophilic design throughout the apartment.

We carefully considered every detail. We brought the nature surrounding this apartment into the project, providing incredible moments for those looking to enjoy this Airbnb rental.
