Apex Hotels have invested in excess of £60 million to create the first hotel in one of London’s Inns of Court. Situated just off Fleet Street, this landmark building has been converted into a four star contemporary hotel, with 184 bedrooms, together with restaurant, bar, exclusive club lounge, gym and courtyard. Ahmarra Installations contract, awarded by Tolent Construction, was for £2.3 million to supply and install bedrooms and corridor doorsets for this contemporary 4-star hotel. It consisted of supplying and fitting numerous elements including doors for bedrooms and suites, luxury vanity units, bedheads, wardrobes and solid wood flooring in all bedrooms. In addition Ahmarra fitted out the highly bespoke reception area with wood panelling, coloured and etched glass feature screens, and wood flooring. This is Ahmarra’s fourth project for Apex Hotels, having also worked on a number of successful projects for other luxury hotel brands such as Hilton, Marriott, Four Seasons, Intercontinental and Metropolitan Park Lane.
