Taking advantage of the Northern aspect and stunning water views, this alterations and additions project provided an amazing opportunity to create a calm, warm and relaxing connection of spaces.
The project was a major alterations and additions to an existing residence. It involved opening the North facing glazing and allowing the views and Northern light to access the kitchen, living and dining spaces.
A natural, warm material palette contributed to the interior spaces connecting to the external balcony space.
The central circulation stair was designed with cantilevered treads and a steel plate balustrade which contributes to the movement of the light filed volume throughout the day.
