Design Concept
The architectural vision for Arise One focuses on transparency, proportion, and rhythm. Its sleek glass façade and clean geometric massing give the building a bold, urban identity, while floor-to-ceiling glazing ensures abundant daylight within interior spaces.
A sequence of terraced green decks softens the modern profile, bringing nature into the built form and promoting a sense of well-being for occupants. The façade’s interplay of light and shadow creates a dynamic visual dialogue that evolves throughout the day.

Spatial Organization
Retail Showrooms: Positioned at lower levels for maximum street visibility and accessibility, the showrooms are designed to attract strong footfall while maintaining architectural harmony.
Corporate Offices: Upper levels house flexible, well-lit workspaces designed to support productivity and collaboration. Efficient spatial planning allows each office to enjoy views and natural light.
