stonehenge as Architects

ARK Africa partners with organizations to build better products, design memorable experiences, and create meaningful & lasting connections. Based in Nairobi, they’ve been creating and strengthening brands throughout the region and on the global stage for over a decade. ARK wanted to exhibit these same vibrations and visuals within their offices, keeping it clean in form and function with spurts of colour and texture.

Main features were crafted of timber using local hardwood Mvule for simplicity yet richness, polished concrete floor from Mapei for durability and ease of cleaning.

1. Flooring: Polished concrete floor – MAPEI
Carpet Tiles, Client Supplied
Commercial laminate flooring – Tile & Carpet Limited
2. Doors: Frameless Glass Doors, Mvule Timber door – Custom built by Stonehenge
3. Interior lighting: Cylindrical, 20W surface fittings, Phillips Lighting
4. Interior furniture: Workstations & Meeting room furniture by Fursys.
Customized meeting booths, benches and upholstery by Stonehenge.
Laminate Joinery, hardwood shelving and slats by Stonehenge.
Add more if available Frameless Glass partitions and SS fittings by Stonehenge.
