To meet current and future residents’ expectations in a rapidly evolving and growing neighborhood, the management team of Aura Apartments in Pentagon City turned to Architecture, Inc. to reimagine and refresh the public spaces and resident amenities in the two-tower community.
Across 10,400 sf on the first floor of both buildings, the design team updated residential lobbies, the leasing center, and the resident fitness area. Other areas included mail and package rooms for both towers, and several informal meeting areas in a business center and throughout both lobbies. New furniture and finishes are clean and modern, in cool hues of blue and grey. Artwork throughout adds a pop of color and texture.
