The plot is surrounded by a convulsive presence of buildings of all kind of sizes, uses and circulation, where the most extreme calm circulatory simultaneously coexists with the hustle and bustle of the city and the neighbouring houses, setting up thus this confusing and complex product originated by the territorial struggle in the confines of the city.

Like a geode, an amorphous mineral formation on the outside, but that when broken or opened a hollow full of crystallized structures of semi-precious nature is found, this house offers a neutral, dark, strong enveloping line on the sides that make up the cube and in the manner of a cut, excavation or hollow, a different geometrical formation appears, contrasted, reddish (tile, brick, mud ...) rendering the wealth inside the house apparent... In somehow a didactic way, the house seeks to express its internal structure, where the main rooms open to the South, taking shelter from the North.
