Bayard, the French media and publishing group, has moved into a new 8,600 m² headquarters in the Kalifornia building in Malakoff, France. Parella led the project from start to finish, from strategic advisory and workplace design through to technical coordination and change management. The brief was to create a flexible, creative and hybrid workplace that reflected Bayard's values and supported the way its teams work today, with flex office layouts, shared spaces, production studios, connected meeting rooms and a central agora all woven into a coherent whole.
A change management programme including training, internal communications and facilitation workshops supported the teams through the transition.
