The study focused on the design of a luxury residence that offers a clear view of the sea and immediate access to the beach, enhancing thus the holiday experience.

The property's entrance is situated on the northern side, offering direct access to the residence and facilitating streamlined vehicle entry into the underground parking area.
The entrance level of the residence, covering a substantial 232 square meters, is home to the living quarters, a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and dressing room, and an elegantly designed staircase with an accompanying elevator for access to the second floor. Τhe outdoor spaces on this level include a substantial 150sqm swimming pool, a barbecue and outdoor dining area, as well as a semi-outdoor gym facility.
The second level consists of a basement space and subterranean bedrooms, expertly integrated with the terrain and the pristine natural surroundings.
The cave, comprising a total area of 123sqm, encompasses 3 bedrooms, each with its private bathroom. Outside, there is a second smaller swimming pool, an outdoor seating area, and a well-designed descent path leading to the sea, complete with a separate level for the placement of beach beds.
The basement section, boasting an area of 193sqm, comprises the underground parking facility and provides ample room for auxiliary functions.
In terms of facade design, our focus has been on crafting substantial openings on the view-facing side. These are complemented by thoughtfully landscaped semi-outdoor areas and signature canopies, culminating in a residence that exudes an open, unobtrusive presence within the landscape. The proposed materials comprise a harmonious fusion of stone cladding, warm-toned coatings, dark metallic elements, and wooden surfaces. This selection aims to instill an atmosphere that exudes earthiness, warmth, and opulence.
The interior design proposal is distinguished by a color scheme that contrasts white and dark tones, exuding a modern and serene elegance that complements the sea's backdrop. Our choice of furniture and lighting fixtures prominently features curves as a dominant element, aspiring to achieve a harmonious fusion of utility and design.
