Located near a park in São Paulo, Brasil, the best feature of this residence was the garden. 

Before the renovation, the conection of the house with the exterior was limited. On the renovation, this integration was enhanced with new sliding doors and a new layout on the living room. 

The integration of the kitchen with the dining room with a big sliding door also created a better sence of conections and integration. The kithcen area was divided in a lunch room and the kitchen itself. On the renovation, both areas were merged toghether. The big island in the center organizes the whole area and another set of sliding doors integrated the kitchen with the side garden, created during the renovation.

On the back side of the lot, a gourmet and fitness area was created, usign corrugated stell on the structres an walls. 

On the top floor are located the bedroom and family room, whitch also received a new layout to incorporate the family lifestyle. 

The result is a house filled with light and integrates with the garden.
