The concept stems from the need to rethink a smaller space compared to the previous location, while maintaining a fresh, welcoming, elegant, and contemporary atmosphere, far removed from the traditional burger pub imagery.

The interiors are crafted using refined materials such as walnut wood for the furnishings and Carrara marble for the tables, combined with steel and jacquard velvet “Tiger Mountain” by Dedar Milano, used for the bench coverings running along the walls. The seats, in black-painted wood and rope, create a strong visual contrast.

The space is divided into two areas: the entrance, which also serves as a service area, and the main dining room. The entrance has been designed to optimize space, with an innovative layout of two opposite counters that allows for a smooth flow of customers and an open view of the service area, adding a contemporary dimension to the dining experience.

The dining room, featuring benches along the side walls, ends with a partition that reveals a bottle rack and a hidden service area. The flooring emphasizes the spatial division: red terrazzo for the service area and narrow-plank oak parquet for the dining room.

The ceiling, with a custom curved plaster frame, is painted in a glossy, vibrant green, adding liveliness to the environment and creating a visual connection between the different areas of the space. The design, rich in contrasts between materials and colors, establishes a dystopia with the culinary offering. The sophisticated and refined atmosphere contrasts with the burger-focused menu, creating a unique experience that both surprises and captivates. This juxtaposition between design and cuisine becomes the key to crafting an environment that challenges expectations and stimulates the senses.
