Blue Villas is a 5,000 sq ft six-bedroom villa in Umm Sequim, Dubai, designed by Euphoria Interiors as a complete furnishing and styling project. The home follows a warm coastal contemporary style, bringing together comfort, natural materials and calm blue accents.

The design team worked within the existing architecture, tiling, lighting and joinery. Instead of changing the structure, Euphoria Interiors focused on furniture, fabrics, lighting fixtures and styling to give the villa a warm and welcoming character.

Amanda D’souza, Founder and Principal Designer at Euphoria Interiors since 2016, leads the studio’s approach to creating homes that feel personal, functional and beautifully detailed. Under her direction, Blue Villas was designed as one connected home rather than a collection of separate rooms.

Design Approach
The palette is based on cream, warm oak, cane and natural linen, with soft blue accents used carefully across the villa. Warm ambient lighting and layered soft furnishings add comfort without making the spaces feel heavy.

Every room was mood-boarded before any furniture was ordered. This helped the team test colours, textures and furniture choices together, keeping the design consistent across the large villa.

Living Room
The living room is centred around a modular sectional sofa placed on a soft rug. Accent chairs create an additional seating area, while layered lighting makes the space suitable for both quiet family evenings and larger gatherings.

Dining Area
The dining area features a solid stone table that comfortably seats eight people. Matching chairs, a statement ceiling light and a simple material palette give the space a refined yet practical feel.

Bedrooms
All six bedrooms share the same calm base of neutral tones, wood and linen. Each room has one unique accent, such as a cane headboard, a linen bench or selected artwork. This gives every bedroom its own character while keeping the home visually connected.

Project Outcome
Blue Villas shows how thoughtful furnishing and styling can transform a large villa into a warm, liveable family home. The project reflects the work of a villa interior design company in Dubai that understands scale, material selection and the importance of creating spaces for everyday living.
