The building comprises 3 apartment units and stands on a former parking lot in a residential district of Luxembourg-City. It stands on stilts to allow parking place on the ground floor and to optimize volumes according to local regulations. From the ground floor to top, the whole structure is made of solid timber, and was fully built in a span of 6 months. The building received a Special Jury Prize at the national Bauhärepräis 2012, as well as a 5 stars award at the European Property Awards 2012.
