BR House is the refined result of transforming a former law firm into a luxurious urban residence. The design thoughtfully preserves distinctive historical features of the 1908 building, while integrating high-quality modern materials such as marble and oak, creating a warm and elegant living environment. Subtle interventions on the ground floor respect the original structure.
The absence of monumental elements on the first floor allowed for a radical reconfiguration. Each space comes with its own surprise—through generous volumes, light, and interconnection they each become an architectural highlight. Noteworthy details include the 3.75 m high fire-resistant window in the landing and the bespoke kitchen, where Italian marble meets refined design in a tasteful union.
