The project for the new headquarters of the brazil'spilotage was developed in 2021 and occupies two floors of the building SIA 600, designed by CoDA in 2012. The central idea of the space is to become a reference center in pilotage training across the country and the fact that it is held in Brasilia makes it equidistant from all national ports, even though it is not a seaport location. This is due to the three simulators installed in the headquarters, which allow the mooring operation of several ships at all national ports.

The project was divided into two floors, the first one being more accessible to the general public, and the second dedicated to the training of the pilots. The architecture of the floors sought to reflect the sober character of the operation and take advantage of the facilities offered by the building, such as the proximity of the external air conditioning installations, the high floor, and the high ceiling. The blue carpets and metal panels make reference to the port area, referring to the colors of the sea and the structure of the docks. 

The second floor of the headquarters also houses an exhibition space, meeting and work rooms, as well as a conference room that can be expanded with retractable sliding doors. In addition, a control room is planned where all of the country's ports will be monitored.

On the second floor are the training rooms, classrooms, and simulators. The Simulation and Maneuver Center was implemented in partnership with the Numerical Test Tank of the University of São Paulo. The simulation system accurately reproduces the actions of waves, winds, and sea currents that affect the maneuvers of the vessels, allowing any type of specific situation to be simulated without generating any risk to the operator.
