bread station bialik

The Bread Station coffee shop was operating for several years in a small space, until the adjacent store was vacated and we were able to expand and renovate the existing space according to the design style of the entire Bread Station brand.

The main checkout counter, is now featuring a new glass fronted cabinet displaying sandwiches and pizzas and above it are cylinder shaped light fixtures.

Instead of using the wooden beams that existed in the old and low space, new black painted wooden beams were designed and hung diagonally to accommodate the new high ceiling. These beams help maintain the industrial style that suits the brand's “train station-like” atmosphere . The counter is covered with a blackened mirror with a matte black marble surface.

On the side of the main counter, a high iron divider combined with glass and iron display shelves. In order to hide the back kitchen, freezers and large refrigerators were placed and covered with oak wood canopy. In the center of the space, mobile display carts were designed, displaying a wide range of pastries on heating surfaces with storage shelves for packaging underneath them.

Next to the large wall facing the street on both facades are stainless steel display carts marked with signs and on them are stainless steel trays with breads and cakes.

The floor is made of gray cobble-stone-like bricks in order to create a continuation of the outside sidewalk surrounding the cafe. Outside the cafe are various seating areas with black tables and tin chairs, painted in the brands color scheme.

The industrial ambiance, combined with fresh pastries and breads, creates an interesting and dynamic space.
