In every space of Buenos Aires´s Juan Valdez, the essence of Colombian coffee is reflected, connecting the product’s origin with a new local identity. The colonial tiles that line the walls evoke coffee farms, while the lighting fixtures resemble traditional roofs, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Petit by Sam is a bakery & coffee shop in The Hague, The Netherlands. Founded in 2020 in Amsterdam by Sam, it offers small patisserie and specialty coffee. In 2023 Sam decided to enlarge her offer, and has collaborated with Studio Ninetynine to design the second location in the heart of The Hague. The second location has bigger aspirations, besides the breakfast and all day dining, a small retail section and a workshop area are part of the concept. In 2021, Haikou City initiated a series of cultural projects titled "Pavilions by the Sea," aimed at providing citizens with interdisciplinary and intellectually engaging public entertainment spaces. As one of the 16 coastal pavilions, "Mountain of the Sky" has become the second new urban landmark built at the northern end of Haikou Bay. Facing the southwest coast, the Sou Fujimoto Architects crafted an undulating, continuous ring-shaped roof with an irregular, curved surface shell structure made of thin concrete. H2R Design has revealed the vision behind the second branch of Brew Café, located in Mirdif Avenue Mall, Dubai.  Inspired by the enticing aroma of freshly ground beans and the comforting warmth that each sip brings, H2R focused on encapsulating a coffee culture that engages all the senses. エンゼル (Angel) was a popular tuna restaurant of Misaki, south end of the Kanagawa Prefecture. It was known and appreciated by the whole community, thanks to its location next to the harbour which provided a daily supply of fresh quality fish and seafood products. It wasn’t a mere spot where to eat: it was the gathering place around which the locals of every generation spent their time and created the foundations for the village to build its identity.
