The land is located across from the Bay Harbor Waterway. The direct contact with the water is explored through the setback of the building's volume, expanding the external area available at the back as much as possible.
The ground floor of the house is divided between a service volume and a grand glass-enclosed living room that grants full access to the outdoor leisure area. In the center, there is a void that accommodates the stairs that lead to the intimate floor.
The disposition of the bedrooms in quadrants is done in such a way as to create extensive views from the axis of the residence (family room). Between bedroom volumes, uncovered terraces are created, enlivened by overhanging vegetation from the rooftop.
The shape of the residence is profoundly marked by 2 horizontal planes: eaves that give lightness to the floors and configure balconies for the bedrooms.
