We helped a young family update an untouched 60's beach bungalow. Simplified forms, calming colors and an infusion of texture and pattern help create a feeling of escape from the busy city.
Entering the open 2nd level, views of the pacific fill the living spaces while the lower level bedrooms create more insulated private moments articulated by colorful tile, vibrant wallpaper and pops of color.
The kids bedroom and the bunkroom just down the hall from the primary bedroom provide for a family forward weekend home with great visual and physical connections to the beach.
