Located in the fast-growing and high-rise area of Sâo Paulo, this mixed use complex was destined to be a new icon in the city, not only because of its imposing 285 metre-high tower which would be the tallest building in Sâo Paulo, but also for the diversity of uses and public spaces which have been designed for the complex. Laid out along a linear plaza which divides the plot lengthways, the open mall on three storeys, naturally air-conditioned and with vegetation spilling into the interior spaces, will contain leisure facilities, cinemas, restaurants, a gourmet market and areas for relaxing. Above the street level retail area, a residential building offers amazing views and contains the complex's services. On the opposite side, rises a svelte tower with 65 floors of office space, consisting of a prefabricated structure on facade that will allow for high-speed construction, the top ten floors are a hotel, while the lower floors are given over to a conference centre.
