The building, which is approximately 1 km away from Dokuz Eylül University Tınaztepe campus, mainly consists of 1+1 flats. There are 30 flats in total in the building designed in the hotel concept. The road crossing on three sides of the plot has been turned into an advantage and spacious spaces have been obtained with wide façade spaces. The full-empty technique was used on the façade and a dynamic façade was created with different alignment methods.
