The request of the client, a private developer, was to obtain the maximum possible surface in the volume allowed by the land use plan. Even with reduced heights it has been possible to design functional and harmonious spaces and obtain a splendid double-height volume for the living room. The street facade opens entirely onto a large terrace, another smaller one is accessible from the mezzanine room.
