“Burgerim” is a fast-food retail brand with 50 branches throughout Israel. The

Brand was designed to attract a young clientele and hip families.

As befits a fast food chain, the branch was designed with high quality materials that are highly durable and damage resistant. Porcelain floor tiles are used throughout the catering space.

In addition, there’s a parquet-like cover in the perimeter walls and front counter. Above the cover is a concrete-like plaster, on which frame details are hung, including an expanded display rack and an element made of black iron profile hanging from the ceiling displaying the menu which is attached to it with a magnet.

The seating area consists of benches for group-seating, which are made of iron and oak wood and combined with dark leather upholstered surfaces, along with tables with black metal legs and thin hpl surface with concrete-like finish. The rest of the space is scattered with a different variety of metal chairs in different unique shades which distincts the brand and communicates with its young and dynamic customer base.

Since the menu offers a big variety of items including different orders of small burgers in a selection of different flavors, there are storage shelves with all the different packaging around the counter area that would support the vast delivery operation of the branch.

A specially designed game roulette is displayed on the main wall and allows the customers to interact with, and decide their dish’s special flavor. An electronic self-serve “kiosk” is placed next to the cashier and allows the tech-savvy customer an option for a faster, custom made order.
